Sudhakar’s Early Life and Education
He was born in Chagallu, Andhra Pradesh, India. He graduated from Sanketika Vidya Parishad Engineering College in computer science and also did his Master’s in computer science from the same college. He has always been interested in sports and played with various sports teams while he was growing up.
Being passionate about cricket,he played with many youth cricket clubs. After moving to Hyderabad, he continued to play cricket for his local club. In addition to cricket, he also enjoys playing tennis, badminton, and soccer. He loves being outside in nature and likes hiking, swimming, and camping. His other interests include reading and watching movies.
Career
Sudhakar worked as a freelance programmer with Colour Moon Technologies for a few years. He quickly proved himself to be a talented programmer. In 2011, he started working as a full-time programmer. He quickly rose through the ranks and became the branch manager of the Hyderabad branch in 2013. In 2021, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He has been with Colour Moon Technologies for over 11 years and has played a vital role in the company’s growth and success. He is a highly respected member of the Colour Moon Technologies team, and his journey has been an amazing one.
His story has been truly an inspiring story, and Sudhakar is a great example of what can be achieved if you set your mind to work for your goal.
Sudhakar’s Time as a Branch Manager
Sudhakar served a branch manager for Colour Moon Technologies in Hyderabad for several years. He was responsible for overseeing the projects and handling the team at the branch. As the branch manager, he made sure that all projects were completed on time and within budget. Not only this, but he also developed and coded many software applications during this time as he loves programming very much. Sudhakar is a born genius. He is passionate about programming.
The love for writing code and development is in his blood. Using only his own ideas, he created end-to-end ERP software for colour Moon Technologies, while serving as branch manager in Hyderabad. He also acted as a financial advisor to the company. He did an excellent job as branch manager in team handling. With all this work performance, he achieved another milestone in Colourmoon as CFO.
Current Role as CFO
He is currently the CFO of Colour Moon Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for the financial health of the company. He oversees all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, accounting, and investment planning. He works closely with the CEO and other senior executives to ensure that the company remains financially sound.
He has played a key role in the growth of the company over the years. His experience and expertise have been valuable in helping Colour Moon Technologies become a successful business. Though being the current CFO of Colour Moon. He takes time to write code and maintain the ERP software.

Sudhakar’s journey with Colour Moon Technologies has not been an easy one. As he says, “It’s been quite a journey working with Colour Moon Technologies for the past 11 years.” I’ve learned a lot and been through a lot of transitions during my time here.
I wanted to take a moment to share some of the lessons I’ve learned and things I’ve experienced while working here. First and foremost, I’ve learned that it’s important to be adaptable in any work environment. Things can change quickly, and you need to be able to adjust accordingly. I’ve also learned that it’s important to be a team player. There’s no room for ego in a successful team-based environment. Everyone needs to be working together towards a common goal.
I’ve also gained a lot of experience working with different types of people. I’ve worked with people from all over the world, and from all walks of life. It’s been a great opportunity to learn about different cultures and personalities. And, of course, I’ve also had the opportunity to work with some amazing people who have become good friends over the years.
All in all, it’s been an amazing journey working with Colour Moon Technologies. I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had here, and for the lessons I’ve learned along the way. ” He has faced many challenges during his journey with Colour Moon Technologies. Sudhakar’s Nature & Behavior
He has been very professional in his work attitude and towards other employees. He always showed respect to his colleagues and never disrespected anyone. He is always willing to help out other employees, even if it meant staying up late or coming in early. He is someone who always looks for hidden colours in everything. Colour Moon Technologies has allowed him just to do that – to find and appreciate the colours in Sudhakar’s life that he would have otherwise missed. He is a naturally cheerful person who is the first to volunteer for extracurricular activities at the office.
